Nico is the enigmatic co-founder of Wickr Inc. and the founder and CEO of the Wickr Foundation. Wickr is a secure messaging service that lets individuals send encrypted and self-destructing text messages, images and attached files. Wickr ensures the protection of its users’ privacy by not collecting any of their data. The Wickr Foundation believes that private communication is a universal human right in a free society and, through programming and events, works toward promoting this issue. Nico is also a professional artist, athlete and entrepreneur. With an expertise in security, she has started over 20 successful security companies and still sits on some of their boards.
