Steve is the founder and CEO of Nokero, a socially conscious energy company whose mission is to replace kerosene lamps around the world with their solar-powered light bulbs. With over one million lights distributed across 120 countries, Nokero considers itself a catalyst for economic and community growth. Steve graduated from Purdue University with a BS in mechanical engineering and has received the Patents for Humanity Award from the US Patent and Trademark Office in April 2013 and the Purdue Outstanding Mechanical Engineer Award in 2012.
