Each year, PSFK publishes new thought leadership around the themes changing the shopping experience. At a friends & family evening during on the evening of October 12th, PSFK’s editor-in-chief, Piers Fawkes, will provide a preview of the findings of Future of Retail 2016 report.



Our 6th report will focus on customer loyalty and will explore the new set of shopper expectations and the emerging technologies and philosophies intended to satisfy them.

In today’s marketplace, brands must deliver more than reward points to stand out from their competitors and capture the hearts and minds of consumers.
