This PSFK research paper explores how companies are building trust with their customers by ensuring their data and privacy are secure. By providing product manufacturing information, offering opt-in to services in exchange for incentives, and demonstrating the importance of data security, bands are empowering users to take ownership of their personal data and make smarter decisions about their privacy and security.
