Peter is the founder of Valis Studios, which provides comprehensive services for commercial, film, broadcast and online content. Valis guides their clients from production to post by planning edits, color grading and audio mixing for each project. They also provide clients with design and animation work and access to web services. Peter started his career as a music and film journalist in the 1980s and went on to work in TV in both London and Los Angeles during the 1990s. Later he became the creative director of CREATIC and Ealing Film Studios. In 2010, Peter created and produced “Waste Land”, the feature length documentary sharing the story behind the garbage pickers of Rio de Janeiro’s largest garbage landfill, seen through the eyes of modern artist Vik Muniz. "Waste Land" has won over 35 festival awards including Sundance and Berlin.
Ross is an Executive Vice President at Viacom Media Networks and runs Scratch, a creative swat team driving innovation across the company, including MTV, VH1, Comedy Central and more. Scratch partners with select brands to channel the power of Viacom's portfolio and its unparalleled connection to youth in new ways, including consumer insights, product development, design, branding and original content development, production and distribution in all media. Previously, Ross served as Head of Programming for MTV's Emmy and Peabody Award winning college network, mtvU.
