Peter is the founder of Valis Studios, which provides comprehensive services for commercial, film, broadcast and online content. Valis guides their clients from production to post by planning edits, color grading and audio mixing for each project. They also provide clients with design and animation work and access to web services. Peter started his career as a music and film journalist in the 1980s and went on to work in TV in both London and Los Angeles during the 1990s. Later he became the creative director of CREATIC and Ealing Film Studios. In 2010, Peter created and produced “Waste Land”, the feature length documentary sharing the story behind the garbage pickers of Rio de Janeiro’s largest garbage landfill, seen through the eyes of modern artist Vik Muniz. "Waste Land" has won over 35 festival awards including Sundance and Berlin.
Alex Bogusky is the co-founder of COMMON, a collaborative network for rapidly prototyping social ventures under a unified brand. Prior to COMMON, Alex co-chaired advertising agency Crispen Porter. In 2002, he was inducted into the American Advertising Federation’s Hall of Achievement. In 2009 he received an honorary PhD from the University of Colorado. He was also named Creative Director of the Decade in Adweek magazine's Best of 2000s issue.
