She is an award-winning brand marketer with twelve years of experience in building brands and consumer experience. Before working for Casper, Monica was the Senior Marketing Manager for Hailo, an e-Hail taxi company, where she was responsible for all North American digital and offline marketing efforts, including brand strategy, social media, CRM and public relations. Prior to that, she was the Marketing Manager for Zipcar where she orchestrated sponsorships, partnerships and events to acquire new members and increase brand visibility. From 2007-2009 Monica was the Associate Field Development Manager for The Coca-Cola Company where she led the sharing and implementation of marketing best practices during Coca-Cola North America and Glaceau Vitaminwater's merger.
