Shaila is the co-founder of Enstitute, a two-year apprenticeship program built off the “learn by doing” model. Enstitute challenges the notion that bachelor’s degrees are a necessity before one can become a successful member of society. Instead, Enstitute seeks out talented digital natives and offers them mentorship opportunities through hands on apprenticeships at companies like The New Republic, The Huffington Post and Thrillist.


Liz Devlin is responsible for Twitter’s West Coast Brand Strategy team that develops marketing strategies and creative content solutions for top advertisers. She has driven substantial revenue through partnerships, as well as developed multi-channel marketing partnerships with media companies, publishers and talent across multiple content verticals. Liz is the Moms Lead for Twitter’s employee resource group SWAT (Super Women at Twitter) and is a co-founding member of the Twitter Parents Steering Committee. She also won AWNY's Working Mother of the Year in 2016. Prior to joining Twitter, Liz was Sr. Director at Nickelodeon, where she helped create, launch and lead integrated marketing for the Nickelodeon Games Group. Before that, she was worked in media at Real Branding on top entertainment accounts such as WB and New Line Cinema. She started her career in media at Universal McCann Los Angeles, helping build the Sony Pictures digital business. Liz holds a B.A. in Honors Communication and Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
