Chris Bennett talks about using a social platform's innate qualities to sell products.

Chris Bennett, co-founder of social shopping company Soldsie,  spoke at PSFK’s launch event for our Future of Retail Report about how Soldsie is giving a storefront to hundreds of virtual vendors who sell their products from their Facebook pages. The secret is not an elaborate content campaign for likes or shares, but a simple leveraging of the social network’s existing functions:

“The best way to sell on Facebook or on any social network is that you are supposed to embed the purchase within the fabric of the social network.”
