By tapping into the joy of shopping in the real world, Jones says, she was able to replicate the same feelings online:
We’re looking to the real world and online and thinking about how to build a cross-platform experience that draws inspiration from the simplicity and fun of real-world shopping, but uses technology to dramatically enhance that.
