Manoush Zomorodi's weeklong podcast and newsletter, Bored and Brilliant, is helping to reevaluate the way we look at technology

Following her epiphany that smartphones functioning as a stopgap for boredom might not be beneficial to us, Manoush Zomorodi of the New Tech City podcast and radio show started her amazing social experiment Bored and Brilliant – The Lost Art of Spacing Out.

At PSFK 2015, she told us more about the human ‘default mode’, responsible for our creative and deeper moments of thought, and about the belief that our phone dependencies might be more detrimental than we initially thought.
