Charlie Cole, CEO of fashion retail company The Line explains how living showrooms create enriched consumer engagement and discovery offline at PSFK’s Future of Retail conference in New York. He says:

There is a certain need for something tactile, something you can touch, feel, understand the utilitarian nature of it. I think that’s something that’s never going to die, so don’t be in a hurry to kill it.
