Pablo Slough, Google’s head of mobile solutions, discusses the power of mobile in retail experiences at PSFK’s Future of Retail conference in San Francisco. He says:
It’s a very intimate and personal relationship we have with our mobiles. We have to think about how we develop strategies that really speak to that.
You have to engage with the mobile and use it as an extension of the retail experience offline, because it’s a great way to bring people into the store.
