Samsung Electronics have unveiled a mobile phone that allows access to the
mobile wireless broadband Internet service WiBro. WiBro enables wireless Internet access on the move at
speeds of up to 120 km/h. Korea will become the first country to start
the service commercially in the first half of next year. The US is likely to see the technology sometime in the late 22nd century, we reckon.

If you did your reading Sprint/Nextel signed a deal with Wibro to test Wibro in limited areas in the US.As soon as it gets Approval to go Global in a few months.Wibro will spread like wild fire.

I was hoping folk would see that my comment was a little more tongue – and a reflection of the backward state of phones and services in the US (which you cannot argue with surely). Thankfully, we have kind readers like yourself to provide useful information.
