Crowdsourcing : Software

Community builds itWe pointed to the article in Wired recently about Crowdsourcing, where companies leveraging the ‘mob’ to help them solve problems and develop service. Today, we spotted this system from Cambrian House called Crowdsourced Software where a Crowdsourced community is used all along the process of developing a piece of software – whether that’s coming up with ideas, judging the ideas and developing code and creative.

In turn Cambrian House sells the software and provides royalties to everyone involved.
