A new bike sharing service that will offer 10,648 bikes that can be found in 451 new bike stations. To get a bike, a one-year subscription that costs â¬29 plus deposit and allows for unlimited 30-minute trips anytime you want them.
The system is accessible to anyone over 14 years old and is intended to suit the Parisian’s every needs: going out for an evening, doing a spot of shopping, going to work. Just turn up and swipe your annual subscription card and go (single day and weekly rentals are also available).
The 451 bike parking stations that will be available in 2008 will be computerized and the plans are that they will be available every 300 meters around the capital.
