Digital Handshake Exchanges Contact Info

The rush to develop applications for the iPhone’s new features has resulted in some interesting innovations. The most successful applications seem to utilize established mobile technologies in cleaner or more playful packages. One great example is the soon to be released FriendBook from Tapulous, an iPhone software development company. The exchange of contact information is something that quickly moved from a Rolodex of business cards to the digital address book. FriendBook lets people wirelessly swap their card between iPhones with a firm “handshake.” The video explains it better:
