Dedicated to Solitude: The Read-Nest Cabin

By Dan Gould on June 1, 2009

The Dorte Mandrup Arkitekter group has created a tiny, ten square meter building dedicated to reading. Named the Read-Nest Cabin, the space is designed to offer solitude, relaxation and to help the occupant focus. With the only elements of the cabin being a window, day bed, roof-light and shelving, the Read-Nest provides a sanctuary to spend quality time with some good books.
