The Future of Food Modeling

Branit VFX, an incredibly talented digital effects team, recently showed off their work with food styling, challenging the conventional art of food presentation.  The bizarre food stylist profession creates tasty advertisements with vibrant strawberries enhanced with lipstick, cereal with glue poured over it instead of milk and ice cream replaced with shortening mixed with sugar.

With impressive digital manipulation work, the profession requiring tweezers and Q-tips have been replaced with hours in front of a computer. Branit VFX recently created this spot to prove their skills with CGI rival any traditional food stylist.  Everything in this video is computer generated, from the straw and ice down to the droplets and smoke.  Check it out here:
