NYC Spaghetti Packaging Uses Pasta To Model the Chrysler Building

By Kyle Studstill on November 2, 2009

Alex Creamer, a student at the University of Central Lancashire in the UK, has designed a package for NYC Spaghetti that recreates the Chrysler Building in hard pasta form. The spaghetti sits on a 3D replica of the building, modeled on CAD and molded out of high density foam. While not the most sustainable packaging design perhaps, it does succeed in bringing a bit of architectural inspiration to the dinner table where visual stimulation often matters as much as what’s on the plate.
