Diet Beer: Budweiser Debuts The World’s Lightest Beer
This week, Anheuser-Busch is launching Select 55, a new 55-calorie beer and “the world’s lightest beer.” MillerCoors’ MGD Light 64 previously held the title for mass-produced beer with lowest calorie per serving. For those looking to shave excess calories at the bar, the Select 55 website offers a calorie comparison chart of other light beers and spirits, as well as suggestions for other activities besides drinking that burn 55 calories.
