Web developer Josh Weinstein has created Random Dorm, which takes the environment of the highly popular video chat service Chatroulette, and limits it to college students.

With Random Dorm, Josh hopes to ensure a certain degree of security, and foster a community spirit by only connecting students looking to enjoy the random interactions of Chatroulette.

Users need a college e-mail address to sign up with the web application. Currently, it’s only available to students in the US.
