(Video) Flashmob Uses Lady Gaga To Spread Awareness of Workers’ Rights
Recently in San Francisco, a flashmob took over the Westin St. Francis Hotel to raise awareness for fair contracts and affordable healthcare for its LGBT employees. The protest, organized by San Francisco Pride At Work/HAVOQ, One Struggle One Fight and The Brass Liberation Orchestra, used a rendition of Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance” to inform tourists to the city to stay out of boycotted hotels. The event made for a highly effective and enjoyable platform for equal rights.
