Stephen Colbert Transformed Into Soup Can Street Art [Pic]

A can of Colbert’s Stephensed Manhattan Clam Chowder was spotted on the streets of Bushwick, a neighborhood in Brooklyn. Another was seen on 14th Street in Manhattan. The playful street art tribute to Stephen Colbert à la Andy Warhol is “an irony rich mouthful” referencing a Colbert Report Show “Soup War” segment. The show tackled the comparative advertising tactics used between Campbell’s Soup and Progresso. In the end, Colbert chose Campbell’s since the brand sent him a prototype can for their newest flavor: Stephen Colbert’s Easy Street Soup.
