The Marketing & Communications Team is responsible for advancing the Ning brand across all external touch points. Positioning and packaging our product and company in the most effective way to our target customers, influencers and media with the goal of driving brand and product awareness, acquisition, engagement and loyalty.
Create and own Ning’s global marketing dashboard – providing insights to all members of the team and be a partner in measuring success and effectively managing all marketing channels & programs.
Conduct ROI analysis of all marketing activities – executing sophisticated quantitative analyses to translate data into insight.
Track campaign and channel performance – providing actionable recommendations to scale the business and optimize marketing spend.
Design research projects using attitudinal and behavioral research methods to answer marketing questions, understand customer needs / perception, gauge brand perceptions, and identify new market opportunities.
Champion data driven decision-making across the company with supporting materials, training and thought leadership.
