Through the use of creative lighting and negative space, Spanish architect Elisa Valero Ramos converted a small 3.60 meter x 10 meter office space in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Granada, Spain, into a noteworthy design masterpiece. To compensate for the rather small space, Valero varies the ceiling heights of the interior section and manipulates a combination of ceiling lights and natural light to produce a room that looks spacious and neat.
