The Swiss city of Lucerne has created a number of innovative street stickers to playfully encourage their citizens to dispose of their rubbish in a responsible manner.

Originally launched in 2009, the ‘Lucerne Shines’ project aimed to educate the public about sanitation and discourage littering. The city’s latest efforts relaunched this past summer have seen sixteen public bins converted into ‘gaming stations’.
