A wide strip of lawn on the Lower East Side in New York City is available to rent by the hour to host your next summer party. The Timeshare Backyard is a concept created by the creative firm, Participation Agency. The vacant, grassy yard can be found at 145 Ludlow Street (between Rivington and Stanton streets). Renters can choose from a range of add-ons to furnish the yard, such as a fully equipped grill, trampoline, beer pong table, kegs, a slip-n-slide, super soakers, and much more.

According to the reports, the backyard can fit up to 30 people and will cost $50 per hour. The add-ons range from $200 for the kiddie pool, to $5,000 for a live band.
