In the first ever PSFK conference, Mike Byrne – creative director of Anomaly and Emmy Award winning commercial maker – talked to the audience about hope, stories and connecting brands to people. He asked at what age are we are told to stop asking questions, stop being curious. We were all children but as adults we become self aware, detached and stagnant. We move from states of wonder to ritual and habits. But inside we are still children and he says that the best brands are the ones that talk to the kids – those who are 25, 35 and all the way to 72.
