Realistic Abandoned Houses Made From Lego

Realistic Abandoned Houses Made From Lego

With thousands of Lego bricks, Mike Doyle built several abandoned model houses with fine architectural details.

Anna Brillon

Artist Mike Doyle proudly showcases from his Flickr profile and blog a series of works on abandoned Lego houses. Each masterpiece features realistic miniature sized buildings with stunning detail, including wear and tear as well as weather damage through the years. According to sources, each abandoned Lego house is made up of over 100 thousand Lego pieces, and took Doyle more than 600 hours to make. One design includes a three-story Victorian house with a huge tree fallen over it. Another model house has been flooded and damaged, with details of the mud shown in Lego bricks. Doyle’s creations measure from a foot tall up to three feet tall.
