Luxury fashion brand impressed the audience even before the models came out.
Christian Dior’s new creative director, Raf Simons, made his debut at the recent Autumn/Winter Haute Couture show in Paris, France. The Belgian designer amazed the audience before the models even walked down the runway. The show was held inside a Parisian mansion where five large rooms were decorated with a million real flowers.
The walls were covered from floor to ceiling with fresh flowers, ranging from white orchids, pink peonies, colored roses, and blue delphiniums. Simons recently told The New York Times in an interview that he “wanted to be linked to the codes of Christian Dior – but make it dynamic, modern, energetic.”
