MagicPlan creates floor plans for any room with just the use of an iPhone or iPad. Simply turn around in a circle and take pictures with the device’s camera, then a plan is generated, with an accuracy of about 6 inches. This iOS app is a helpful tool for house hunters and homeowners, estate agents and interior designers.

It plots out the corners and other important features and then transforms them into an easy-to-understand visual plan, which can be exported in multiple formats. You can also modify the plans after they are generated to make them more accurate by making small adjustments, and you can also stitch all of your floor plans together to create a plan of your entire home.
