The luxury car company uses the SLS AMG GT3 as an oven to make sweet treats.

Mercedes-Benz has created an interesting way to bake a tray of cookies without the need of an oven. Instead of a kitchen appliance, the luxury car brand has gone and used the SLS AMG GT3 vehicle to bake the edible sweets.

In the ad below, we initially see the Mercedes service team hovering over an open car bonnet. Little did we know, that they were actually placing a tray of pre-cut cookie dough on top of the engine. As the GT3 makes a lap around the racing track, the V8 engine heats the tray and the cookies begin to bake.

The ‘AMG Christmas 2012’ ad is a very clever campaign to deliver the festive cheer. Needless to say, the GT3 is probably the most expensive cookie oven to bake treats with.
