Google’s Street View has mapped the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the world’s tallest manmade structure measuring 2,717 ft. The resulting imagery provides some stunning views from the top of the “vertical city,” which towers over the city’s skyline.
This is Google Map’s first-ever collection in the Arab World and the first time they’ve captured a skyscraper on Street View. Collected over three days using the Street View Trekker and Trolley, the high-resolution 360-degree panoramic imagery features several indoor and outdoor locations.
You can take in the breathtaking views from the world’s tallest observation deck on the 124th floor, see what it’s like to hang off one of the building’s window-cleaning units on the 80th floor, and visit the highest occupied floor in the world on the 163rd floor.
You can also experience being in the fastest-moving elevators in the world (which travel at 22 mph) and check out the highest swimming pool in the world on the 76th floor. Explore views of the Burj Khalifa with Google Maps in the video below:
