UK design studio Dorothy have created a series of “Star Charts” that map classic movies such as Casablanca or The Wizard Of Oz onto the constellations you can find in the sky.

There are two charts currently available, one charting movies from “The Golden Age,” the other turning it’s attention to “The Modern Age.” Each individual star represents an actor, with the constellation itself representing the movie. One example uses Ingrid Bergman, Humphrey Bogart and Paul Henreid to create the constellation Casablanca.

The completely unique way to showcase films from various periods of time manages to cover a huge range across the two posters, going from Casablanca all the way up to Avatar.
