Instead of limiting people to characterless prescription glasses, the Eyewear Kit lets people customize lenses for their 3D-printed frames. They have a wide range of colors and specifications available for customers to choose from.  The company’s newest endeavor is into a collection of designer frames crafted by Michiel Cornelissen.

Hatch frames feature a unique latticework design with a matte finish. The screwless hinges are printed directly and will fix themselves into a position when the glasses are opened. These “smart hinges” eliminate the need for further assembling.

Because Hatch frames are made from polyamide, they are extremely durable and somewhat flexible, and can be washed after removing the lenses. When completed with Eyewear Kit’s lenses, these stylish glasses will make for the perfect accessory for both men and women.
