Emilie Baltz is a food designer. Her clients and collaborators have included The Museum of Sex, PRINT Magazine, the New York Parks Department, WalMart, GOOD magazine, PUMA and Columbia University. She is the author of Junk Foodie, a gastronomic junk food cookbook for the lowbrow gourmand, and L.O.V.E. FOODBOOK, an art cookbook about the relationship between desire and cuisine.
