Designer Martin Bu combines technology and ceramics in a line of unusual products.

Slovakian designer Martin Bu, has combined traditional handicrafts with modern technical features to produce unique new art works: Aerial, which is a porcelain vase like lighting object and Boy Toy, a decorative piece.

Design East, which tracks designs from Central and Eastern Europe, describes his new work:

New collection connect different worlds, World of heavy industrial and military engineering with the world of fine and delicate white porcelain. World of traditional technology to give the contrast with modern technical features. Every world is the bearer of its stories, which attracted many new issues. The result is a collection of products, which act unconventional and provocative in form and sometimes mystical.
