Spanish designer Raúl Laurí has created the Decafé lamp that’s inspired by a cup of coffee. Not only does the shape remind you of a mug, but the outer material is actually created from recycled coffee grounds. The eco-friendly design is simple, yet creative and recently won first place in Salone Satellite Awards during Milan Design Week 2012. The judges were impressed with Laurí’s experimental product, in term of its concept, design, and experimentation with sustainable materials.
