Readers unaware of the goings-on around the Eastern Front might be surprised to hear there is a Russian embargo on certain imported European and American foods in response to sanctions surrounding the annexation of Crimea. Fortunately, there is one thing to come from this international affairs travesty that might make you smile: an illegal Moscow billboard that changes when it registers the presence of Russian authorities.
