Using light to cure people sounds like an idea straight out of science-fiction, but it might be closer to reality than you think. Jeggo is a new light and sound system that is designed specifically to help those suffering from jet lag.

The device syncs to the time of your destination and uses light to mimic sunrise and sunset to begin to help the body start adjusting to the time difference as well as emitting natural sounds like rain, waves, or trees. The mirrored pane can be moved to fit what you need, and helps you relax as you adjust to your new time zone. The device comes with a felted wool control that is soft to the touch and can help the user alter the light or sounds remotely. Jeggo is all about using light and noise to soothe and refresh, tackling an issue nearly all of us deal with in an innovative way.
