Andy Morris submitted his CV to employers in the form of a LEGO model of himself

University of South Wales graduate Andy Morris wanted to ensure that his resume stood out when he submitted it to businesses. His solution was turn his CV into a LEGO model that looks like it was picked off a toy store shelf.

Morris sends the model in a brown package with the label “Unwrap Your Newest Employee” on the front. Inside, employers find a customized LEGO package with Morris’s name and details listed. Inside the package sits the miniature model of Morris as a LEGO figure with a red bomber jacket in a flat cap, carrying a laptop in its right hand and an even smaller custom-printed tile of his CV in its left.

Morris hopes the unique creation of the figure will stand out in the marketing, advertising and graphic design departments of businesses to which he applies for jobs.
