Renowned makeup artist Pat McGrath is embracing her love for music and will start selling her new collection, LiquiLUST™ 007, on Spotify today.

McGrath is collaborating with pop star Maggie Lindemann and will sell her merchandise through Lindemann’s Spotify channel. Her beauty brand is the first ever to be sold on the music streaming platform.

Why did she choose the 19-year-old pop star? Lindemann’s 2.4 million Instagram followers may be a factor, but according to McGrath, “She reminded me so much of a modern interpretation of a ’60s Italian cinema goddess.” Moreover, McGrath believes that household names are best left to traditional beauty campaigns, and she prefers to feature modern-day girls at different levels.

Together with the launch of McGrath’s new makeup collection, Lindemann will also release her new song “Obsessed” today. The makeup collection will feature six liquid lipsticks, a clear vinyl gloss and two Crystalline micro-fine pigments.
