The membership guarantees Geek Squad tech support to customers no matter what time of day, where they bought their device or how old it is. Total Tech Support will be offered nationwide for $199 a year after its market test run, and will be accessed either on the website chat feature via mobile or by visiting the store.

For a flat rate of $49.99, members can receive basic home services such as remote setups, smart home configurations and TV mounting. Along with these services, Total Tech support also offers discounts on electronic repairs, projector mounting and wire runs.
