In Brief

The "brand tax-free" retailer launches premium baby and pet assortments with new price points as well as an optional subscription service, diversifying its inventory while optimizing convenience

In a move to be more family-inclusive, Brandless recently announced an expansion into baby and pet care categories. Baby offerings will include a range of premium and organic products, including diapers, bath wash, food, wipes and more. Similarly, the pet section features protein-first treats, non-toxic toys and clean waste management.

Though the brand originally offered only items priced at $3 or less, it will introduce a new price point in conjunction with its new categories in order to accommodate quantitative demands. For example, a week’s supply of premium diapers will be priced at $9.

Further, buyers can ensure that they never run out of their supply: Brandless will now offer the opportunity to subscribe to the service. Optional and free of additional charge, the subscription allows customers to customize the frequency and composition of their deliveries as often as they choose.
