Every year, PSFK explores the most important topics in retail and the customer experience in our Future of Retail reports. Retailers, brands and their partners immerse themselves in these surveys to learn about the innovation trends that will matter in the coming year (and beyond).
Our annual half-day conference brings to life the topics of each report with talks and panel conversations. It is attended by decision makers involved in innovating touchpoints across the customer experience journey.
For the Future of Retail 2019 Conference we will unpack the rise of the Direct-To-Consumer business and examine three key pillars that define this space. We will provide a breadth and depth to our analysis by covering enterprise critical strategies around supply chain and technology infrastructure, store design and service, and CRM and loyalty systems.
