Site Visit: Abercrombie & Fitch flagship NYC

When you can afford real estate on 5th Avenue in NYC for a retail store, there are a few things you need to do to fit on one of the worlds most expensive stretches of sidewalk. 1. Big window displays are good, they attract attention from pedestrians. 2. A bright store will draw customers in, use lots of lights. 3. This is of course 5th ave so keep things civilized and your music low.

The new Abercrombie & Fitch flagship on 56th and 5th ave does all of this….exactly opposite. The sign of a new trend or are they just being bad neighbors?? IF put on our best frat wear and went for a look.
