HoteltritonThe Hotel Triton in San Francisco is an eco-friendly hotel with green-suites designed by celebrity designers such as Woody Harrelson and Carlos Santana have transformed ordinary suites into green suites. The eco-friendliness doesn’t stop in the room. It also hits your wallet: 10% of the nightly rate goes to an environmental charity.

Hotel Chatter points us to the Collage-eco suite designed by model-enviro-activists Angela Lindvall and Alexandra Spadea of SpedaSpace which is bright pink. Why pink? Alexandra Spadie says:

I
do believe that especially since we are trying to bring green to the
mainstream we have to beware of any typical green design look…from a
feng shui perspective pink is a color for love, and relationship. Not
only do I want people to fall in love with the room, but I hope that
there will be a lot of good love vibe going on in there!
