Your Google goes Facebook

Meanwhile, Michael Arrington of TechCrunch suggests that Google are about to create a social network or similar to fight the ‘facebook issue’. He says on his site that Google will announce a new set of APIs on November 5 that will allow developers to leverage Google’s social graph data. This will start with Orkut and iGoogle and then roll out to include Gmail, Google Talk and other Google services over time.
