BoingBoing points us to a new video from M.I.A which she claims was made for less than ten bucks. The ‘S.U.S. (Save UR Soul)’ track that also features Blaqstarr is a video of a computer screen with a video editing program playing on it.
On her MySpace page M.I.A. says about the video:
Me and Blaqstarr found the image at the end from a Joy Division video and thought about the election and thats how people want you to see the world , black/ white , good/ evil, jesus/devil.

Sounds like that $10 includes the amount of money they spent making the song as well. Including their DAW and that worn out loop that they stole from the eighties (which was originally stolen from the seventies- prolly James Brown if I had to guess). A busy drum track does not equal good music. Also, these guys sure do whine a lot. Wah wah in a hole… In a hole is where I’d put their CD.
